STAGE · NOW

First, we earn a place in one person's daily life.

Instead of declaring a platform, we begin by validating with highly engaged individual users: people who use AI every day and are willing to pay for a new interface — early adopters, developers and makers, creators, and solo business owners.

Our validation question is simple: “When AI is experienced as a robot in front of them, do people use it more often? Do they pay again?”

Until we can answer that question honestly, we defer packaging and B2B.

Stage deliverables
WiseMate v1
memory-based personal robot experience
Retention and payment data
usage logs from highly engaged users
Experience engine v1
memory structure and motion library foundation
Early user cases
everyday examples organized as content

STAGE · NEXT

We expand by use case.

Building on personal-use validation, we create feature packages by use case. The same robot becomes a different tool for different users.

At the same time, we begin B2B applications: as a learning mate in educational institutions, a guidance interface in exhibitions and stores, and a pre-engagement tool in consultation services. Early B2B references become the trust base for the next stage.

Stage deliverables
Four feature packages
Productivity · Learning · Creator · Experience
Three B2B pilots
education · exhibitions · retail / with accompanying metrics
Experience engine v2
package-level operating tools
Pricing model definition
personal subscription + B2B adoption license

STAGE · BEYOND

We expand into a partner ecosystem.

Responsibility for specialized domains belongs not to us, but to validated partners. Tax, accounting, legal, medical, and psychological counseling — we provide the robot experience, and partners provide expert judgment.

The robot is the interface; experts are the content. We believe this division of roles is the structure of trust in the AI era.

Stage deliverables
Partner SDK
an interface for the robot to receive specialized-domain responses
Category-level trust metrics
accuracy of expert responses · attribution of responsibility
Multi-device expansion
porting the experience layer to form factors beyond desktop
Platform transition
entering as a candidate standard for robot experiences
